Researchers at the University of WI – Eau Claire and the Brain Injury Association of Wisconsin are looking for participants for a survey about health care and social services for brain injury. Participation involves completing a survey that takes about 20-30 minutes to complete.  

To be able to take part in this survey, you must: 

• be an adult with a brain injury due to trauma (traumatic brain injury), stroke, tumor, lack of oxygen (anoxia), or toxicity or their family member or significant other 

• be currently living in Wisconsin.
