2026 B.R.A.I.N. Team Conference

The B.R.A.I.N. Team Conference was held in Eau Claire, WI at the Florian Gardens, April 29, 2026. This years event focused on concussion awareness.
Jerry Hoepner, PhD, CCC-SLP, ASHA Fellow, Audrey Nelson, MS, Deirdre Sperry, MS and Britt Hakes, survivor with lived experience
shared information on brain injury prevention, treatment, recovery, and current data.

This conference was for anyone working with families, children, and young adults in fields such as education, family services, mental health, support services, and more. The whole BIAW team, including our social work interns Sara and Angie were there, see the photos below.
